We assess Big Six asbestos-cement sheeting and asbestos-cement roof tiles separately and, where suitable, waterproof and encapsulate them in place. We do not wash or abrade the surface. Beukmans carries out the work directly once applicable registration, safety and legal requirements are met. Qualifying waterproofing is backed by Beukmans’s own conditional 10-year warranty, with the scope and terms in writing.
